Individual therapy
People often seek therapy to reduce distress.
I work with clients to accomplish this goal while also building emotional resilience. We start by identifying and demystifying factors that help as well as challenge your well-being. I believe productive therapy catalyzes insight and change at the right pace; it occurs in the context of a safe, collaborative relationship. I offer individual therapy for the following issues:
- Emotional concerns related to chronic health conditions
- Pregnancy or post-natal concerns
- Infertility or neonatal loss
- Stress related to graduate studies or challenges to early career faculty members
