Fees and insurance
Initial intake (approx. 75 minutes) : $200
Individual and couples sessions (55-60 minutes): $150
Individual and couples sessions (40-45 minutes): $120
As of January 9, 2023, I am considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like to use a PPO plan for your visit, I will provide you with a “superbill” receipt for services which you may then submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement or application to your out-of-network deductible. You may wish to contact your insurance company to determine their out-of-network reimbursement rate in advance of our first appointment.
Good faith estimate
Clients who are not utilizing insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the total exepcted cost of non-emergency services. Request a good faith estimate at least one business day prior to your visit, and save a copy of your estimate. If you receive a bill more than $400 than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
